As usual, to check out the news accuracy, I did my OL search, and it turn out to be a rumour. Actually its a false alarm.

I wish I knew it bfor, during my postgrad study in Penang, Its a real convenient and can save plenty of my time. Finally, I can avoid the frequent traffic congestion.
