Merdeka spirit

Im still in the merdeka spirit, hehe. Funny that I felt like this only at my 23rd encounter with the 31st of August. Probably because it is the 50th anniversary and probably because, ha you all know

Anyway enjoy these TV commercials commemorating 50th Anniversary as an Independent Nation

Media Prima

"...no matter how much Malaysia will change in the future, its a comfort, that something will always remain the same..."

Malaysian Airports

"...tak terfikir langsung nak ke London..."

Perodua

"...tanah air memberi banyak, mesra mendakap kita..."

p.s. I always love Malaysian TV adverts, especially the special ads for religious/cultural/national celebrations, it is rich in esthetical values with deep profound messages. Weird when we cant produced good movies/drama series par with our commercials. If you watch an American channel, ull realize that their adverts are seriously stupid, but somehow they can make great movies/TV series . still cant comprehend yet

The second one is absurd. love the first and the last one though. Kebebasan? i've mourned over it long ago. tak paham apa nak bangga sangat dgn KLIA, with the gap between the rich and the poor becoming wider, i bet half of the nation don't really think KLIA is something important to them.

lapangan terbang yang terbaik? except for sistem imigresen yang senang (scan je pasport), i dont think the world agrees with this statement. though i personally think it is muuucccch better than heathrow. hehe.

KLIA will witness your tears later this year. hahaha.. be prepared with tissues..esp for your mom. dont forget to bring me some ole2 as well.
